Work Aspect

All our work will be completed under the name “Fursuit Go.”
To fulfill your commission, it is crucial for you (the client) to provide reference sheets or as many fursona images as possible.
Communication with clients is vital for timely and appropriate completion of commissions.
Our workplace does not keep animals and does not have contact with the materials we use. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely sterile, nor can we assure that these conditions will not change soon. If you have allergies, please consult with us first.
We reserve the right to refuse any commission or service to anyone at any time.
If a client is unreasonable or refuses to cooperate with us, we will cancel the project and issue a refund, the amount of which will be determined based on our discretion.
We do not accept commissions if there are special circumstances in your area (political unrest or war)!

Payment

Once selected, clients have a maximum of 3 working days to make the initial payment. Otherwise, the position will be forfeited, and we will choose another person, causing you to lose your spot.
Clients must pay 60% of the total quote in advance so that we can purchase the necessary materials and start working.
After the commission is completed, clients must pay the remaining 40% to receive the work (no exceptions).
For single-piece commissions, such as only a hand or head, or only a bodysuit or feet; clients must pay the full amount in advance before work begins.
Payments can be made in cash or via PayPal.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to commission us, or at least 16 years old with explicit authorization from their mother, father, and/or legal guardian, who will contact us and be responsible for the payment.

Payment Plan

For commissions over $1500, we will provide a payment plan that suits the client’s lifestyle.
Clients must pay a 30% non-refundable deposit. After payment, the monthly payment date will be determined. The payment plan can start, and we will create invoices for each due amount.
We understand that situations may arise that prevent you from making a payment in a given month. In this case, please notify us in advance, and we will consider how to accommodate you.
Another option is to send you an invoice containing the total amount, which you can pay in installments. This way, you have the flexibility to pay each month, but you still need to pay a minimum amount each month.
The payment plan cannot exceed six months. Failing to make payments for two consecutive months will incur a 30% charge for each overdue month, which must be paid before we can start making the fursuit.
Once the total amount reaches 100%, we will start processing your commission, and you will need to pay for shipping + handling upon completion.

Shipping

Your fursuit will be shipped from Hong Kong, and we default to sea freight, with a shipping time of 20 working days. In case of force majeure (holidays), there may be a delay of 3-7 days.
If you need expedited or air shipping, an additional fee of $100-500 will apply (based on the parts purchased), with expedited and air shipping times being 3-7 working days, and special areas taking 7-14 working days.
Special addresses require an additional shipping fee of $150 (e.g., Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Iceland, Hawaii, etc.).
Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated arrival date and tracking number. You can check the tracking number directly or view it on our shipping tracking page.
Shipping Notice: You must fill in your recipient's name, shipping address, and phone number accurately.
If you need to change your address, please inform us before the goods are shipped; once shipped, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Design Changes

Making changes to the design during production will incur additional fees. Changes made before materials are purchased will not incur charges; however, if the changed design is more complex than the original, extra fees will apply.
If a complete design change occurs during production, it may result in the cancellation of the commission with no chance of a refund.

Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted before we purchase materials. After this point, there will be no opportunity for refunds.
If you cancel before we purchase materials, a refund of any amount beyond the 30% deposit will be issued, without exception.

Measurements

We will provide clients with a visual guide to help them take the necessary measurements correctly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the measurements are correct.
While we will check all numbers for reasonableness, we accept no liability for human error on the client’s part.

Production Time

Production time (i.e., the time required to construct the suit) depends on the type of commission. Based on the complexity of the character and the position on the waiting list, production time may range from one week to eight weeks.
The time will be calculated from when we confirm the details and prepare the materials with the client.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on our products.
If there are any inconveniences, please contact us as soon as possible to reach an agreement regarding shipping for inspection.
If the defect is caused by us, there will be no additional cost to fix the issue.
If the problem is due to misuse (depending on the type of damage), no compensation is required for the first instance. However, afterward, the client must pay for material costs (if needed) and our labor costs.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
