How much do I need to pay? What will my money be used for?

You need to prepay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount to initiate the production process. The basic quote for a fursuit head typically ranges from $550 to $850, while a full suit costs between $1500 and $2500. Paws cost between $100 and $200, tails between $100 and $200, and feet between $250 and $350. The more colors and complex patterns your fursona involves, the more expensive it will be. If you would like an accurate price, please contact me with a reference sheet of your character.

Additionally, you may need to cover the payment channel fees (approximately 4.5% for PayPal and 4% for Payment). Our receiving currency is USD, and you may also need to cover the currency exchange costs (about 1% if you use PayPal). These fees are included in the total cost. In addition to production, we will provide after-sales service, free logistics, and free shipping insurance.

How can I commission a suit?

If you would like to customize a fursuit, please contact our customer service directly on the website or email us at service@fursuitgo.com. We will invite you to join our Discord channel, and once you join, our team members will contact you; all future communications will take place there. We will have an initial discussion to understand your ideas and determine if we can create your design. After the initial communication, we will provide you with a customized order link based on the results of our discussion, and you will pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% to enter the production process. Subsequently, we will send you pictures at each stage to ensure your satisfaction and make modifications based on your requests. If you still have questions, refer to the six-step ordering guide on our website's homepage, which will clearly and pleasantly guide you through the customization process.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes,We offer a variety of payment options, including installment payments, split payments, and multi-card payments. Your funds are secure and reliable, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

One-Time Payment: Includes all fees.
Split Payment: Divided into a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% payable in installments.
Multi-Card Payment: Use multiple credit cards to make a payment (please inform customer service if needed). We can accommodate any payment needs you may have.

Please note that a deposit is required to initiate a payment plan. Once we have completed the color selection process and initiated production, this deposit will become non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.

How long does it take to complete a commission?

It typically takes around 10-15 business days for smaller commissions (partials) and 1 month for heads or 2 months for full suits. The completion time of a suit can vary depending on the complexity of your fursuit design. Shipping is free and takes around 10-30 days to arrive,depending on the country and region of your location. If you need your commission expedited, an additional fee will be applied to both the labor time and shipping, we will calculate the fee for you. We take pride in always delivering our products within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Is the size of the head adjustable?

Yes, we have a few sizes of skull for you to choose. Our fursuit head uses a 3D-print skull. We have copyrights to over 100 3D skull models. There’s an adjustable helmet inside the skull as well so that any person that’s 13 years old and above can fit in.

Do you ship internationally and how long does it take to arrive?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping usually takes 10-30 days. We will cover the shipping fee for you. However, if you’d like your order to arrive faster, an extra calculated expedite fee will be added to your purchase.

For the free shipping choice:
If you live in the US, your shipping method could be UPS or FedEx.
If you live in Canada, we use Canada Post.
If you live in the UK, your order will be shipped via Yunexpress.
For customers in the EU or Australia, we will select a shipping company based on your purchase.
Please be aware there may be customs charges for international buyers – they are the responsibility of a commissioner. Completed suits will only be shipped after receiving full payment. Return shipping for repairs or adjustments will be at the cost of the commissioner.

If you have any suggestions or need to discuss any issues, we welcome you to contact us. We will consider your reasonable suggestions and discuss solutions. However, for principled issues, we will implement the policies as stated.

SEVERE WARNING

We know there will always be a small group of people with bad intentions, but I advise them not to act.

Regarding malicious chargeback behavior, we firmly declare that we will take legal action to protect our legitimate rights and interests. We maintain detailed records of all transaction processes and have established a mature management mechanism to address such issues. Our customer service team is dedicated to ensuring that every customer's needs are taken seriously. If the issue arises from our responsibility, we will actively cooperate to resolve it. However, for any malicious chargeback behavior, we will adopt a zero-tolerance approach, firmly safeguarding our business and the interests of other customers, and pursuing legal accountability. Thank you for your understanding and support.

CANCELLATION POLICY & AFTER-SALES POLICY

Due to the fact that our efforts in materials, production, and logistics far exceed the average level, while our prices are below the average, for any other reasons of cancellation, policies of deposit refund are as follows:
1. For standard orders, a full refund of deposit is available within 12 hours of purchase.
2. For expedited orders, the deposit is non-refundable after purchase.
3. For any type of order, once you have confirmed the material colors and we have
purchased the materials according to your requirements, the deposit is non-refundable.
Our after-sales service is managed through our Discord server. Due to the custom nature of the products, during and after making your order, we do not offer unconditional refunds. No fur or incomplete parts will be shipped to the client if the commission has been canceled. However,after your order is received, we provide several return and exchange options in case:
1. For issues related to production quality after investigation, we offer a full refund.
2. If the issue is due to damage caused by rough handling during shipping, we can remake and resend the product free of charge.
3. In case of loss during shipping, we can remake and resend the product free of charge.
Please note that since these are handmade products, minor imperfections are unavoidable.
Therefore, it's crucial to carefully review the progress pictures we provide and raise any concerns as early as possible. Details resulting from the handmade process are not considered valid reasons for a refund in after-sales service.

MAKING PROCESS

For fursuits, regardless of which part you order, the process is generally the same. First, we will confirm the fursuit head skull and the fur fabric colors you need. Once you approve, we will start purchasing the materials (once the materials are purchased, deposit becomes non refundable).
Typically, materials take 7-8 days to arrive. After the materials arrive, we will provide you with a progress update every 2-4 days.
We welcome any proactive inquiries about the progress, as it helps us in the production process.

Make payments according to the agreement between both parties.

After placing your order, please make payments according to the specified schedule. We cannot change the payment schedule for orders that have already begun, but it has been clearly communicated to you in advance. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance, please contact us to seek a solution; otherwise, we reserve the right to resell your fursuit.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All customers must be at least 18 years of age to commission a custom fursuit.All customers must be at least 18 years of age to commission a custom fursuit. Young customers between 13-18 are also welcome to commission fursuits with parents or other guardians' agreements. During the quote service and following payment steps, we'll need to talk with the guardians to provide them the detailed information Also, parents may purchase pre-made suits or suit pieces on behalf of their child (customer age limitation is above 13 years old because of the minimum skull size we have).

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS COPYRIGHTS

We reserve the right to use any photography or videos we take of commissioned work for posts on our social accounts and website.
Customers have the right to repost final pictures of their suit at their discretion. However, no other parties are allowed to repost the picture or videos of our products for any commercial reasons.

Goods receipt

Please monitor the shipping process of your order. When the goods arrive at your designated delivery location, ensure that someone is available to sign for the package in person. Before signing, please confirm that the product is free of quality issues. Signing for the package is considered as the customer's acknowledgment of receipt.
